Understand the problem
Wear, damaged interfaces or local structural damage need an assessed repair plan. STARKON reviews the component, its supporting arrangement and the operating constraints before agreeing the repair method.
Prepare the workshop scope
The work can combine dismantling, shaft and bore assessment, machining and repair of supports or guide arrangements. Drawings, measurements and the agreed engineering requirements define workshop preparation and any welding or dimensional checks.
Plan the on-site work
Site access, lifting arrangements and the planned shutdown are coordinated before execution. Findings and the completed repair scope support handover to the maintenance team. Crane upgrades such as raising are separate engineered projects with their own design and execution requirements.
