Understand the problem
Poor trolley travel or local wear may originate in rail alignment, transitions or support conditions. A rail survey establishes the geometry of the running path and identifies locations that require closer inspection.
Prepare the workshop scope
STARKON reviews the rail profile, length, access and reported operating symptoms before agreeing the measurement scope. Rail alignment, joints, transitions and local support conditions are considered together.
Plan the on-site work
The findings form a documented basis for adjustment, support repairs or rail replacement. Where replacement follows, the survey helps connect workshop preparation to the geometry on the crane. Measurements are assessed against the agreed project requirements; no universal tolerance is assumed.
