Understand the problem
Loss of tension or wear in arms, pivots and sheave arrangements can affect the tensioning assembly. STARKON reviews the main or auxiliary trolley system as a combination of mechanical interfaces and hydraulic components.
Prepare the workshop scope
Dismantling and inspection establish the condition of shafts, bearings, bores, sheaves and cylinders. Replacement components and workshop repairs are prepared around the confirmed assembly drawings and the available installation window.
Plan the on-site work
Reassembly, adjustment and alignment are coordinated with the work on the crane. Providing the assembly drawing, cylinder information and observed symptoms helps define an RFQ without assuming which component caused the fault.
