Understand the problem
Uneven wheel wear, bearing problems or damaged shaft and bore interfaces can affect the complete trolley truck. STARKON inspects the assembly so that the repair scope reflects how wheels, shafts, bearings and steelwork work together.
Prepare the workshop scope
Dismantling and inspection establish which components can be retained and which require repair or replacement. Workshop preparation can include bearing replacement, shaft work and bore repair or machining. Drawings and inspection findings define the required interfaces.
Plan the on-site work
Prepared assemblies are coordinated with lifting, access and installation on the crane. Assembly and alignment checks support the agreed handover. The QC25 project in Malta provides an existing reference for trolley truck and wheel overhaul followed by testing under load.
