Fully electric
Electric actuators operate the spreader functions. The power supply, control interface and operating cycle are selected for the crane installation.
Request your spreader ↗CONTAINER HANDLING / TWINLIFT
Electric and hydraulic twinlift spreaders for container handling. Handle single containers or two 20 ft containers in one lift, with the configuration matched to your crane and terminal.

In twinlift mode, the spreader lifts two 20 ft containers positioned end to end. Telescoping allows single-container handling in the supported sizes. A separating twinlift version can adjust the gap between the two containers; this is a model-specific option.
| Selection point | Available configuration |
|---|---|
| Single-container mode | 20 ft / 40 ft; 45 ft depending on model |
| Twinlift mode | 2 × 20 ft containers |
| Actuation | Fully electric or hydraulic / electro-hydraulic |
| Safe working load (SWL) | Confirmed per model for single and twinlift modes |
| Twin separation | Fixed gap or separating version, depending on model |
| Crane interface | Headblock, power supply, controls and interlocks to be matched |
Capacity is confirmed for the complete crane–headblock–spreader combination, including spreader self-weight and the permitted load distribution. The selected model specification defines the supply; capacities visible in the photograph are not a rating for every model.
For an existing crane, start with its make, model and current spreader or headblock reference. We check the mechanical interface, available electrical supply, control signals, twistlock and landing indications, and required operating modes. STS applications and other container-crane installations are assessed individually.
STARKON combines spreader supply with practical support for maintenance, repairs and spare parts identification. Purchase, leasing and long-term rental can be discussed, with the supply and support scope defined in the quotation.
Send the crane type, required single/twinlift capacity and container sizes if known. A short description is enough to start; drawings and interface details can follow.
