Between the hoist ropes and the spreader.
The headblock forms the connection between the crane hoist ropes and the container spreader. Its frame carries the rope sheaves and the spreader connection points. The rope reeving, sheave arrangement and interfaces must suit the existing crane.

A headblock is supplied separately from the container spreader. The quotation specifies exactly which components are included. Capacity, dimensions, rope diameter and connection details are confirmed for the selected model.
